The following terms, when used in these Terms & Conditions, carry the meanings assigned below. Defined terms appear in title case throughout the document.

Access to and use of the v07apk Platform is strictly conditional on the Member satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the term of their membership:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. v07apk enforces a strict 21+ policy across all products. Providing false information about your age during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all Balance and Bonus Funds.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not explicitly prohibited by local law. v07apk's primary market is Indonesia; all IDR-denominated payment services are configured for Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship, those declared legally incompetent, or those who have been self-excluded from gambling platforms may not register.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on v07apk. Registration of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, same device, same IP address, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds.
• Own Identity: You must register using your own true legal name and personal details. Registration on behalf of another person, using a fictitious identity, or using another person's financial instruments without their explicit consent is prohibited.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of v07apk, its technology partners, game studios (including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft), or any affiliated entity. Such individuals are ineligible to hold a Member account or claim promotions.

v07apk reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming eligibility at any point. Failure to provide such evidence within the period specified in the request may result in Account suspension pending verification.

To access betting products and financial services on v07apk, you must complete the registration process and establish a verified Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and ongoing account management:

• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and the bank account or e-wallet details linked to your account — must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Inaccurate registration data is grounds for Account suspension.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out on your Account using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify v07apk support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. v07apk will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon receiving your report, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurred prior to notification.
• KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, v07apk will request KYC documentation. This typically includes a government-issued photo ID (KTP, passport, or SIM) and may include proof of address and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is passed.
• Account Dormancy: An Account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. v07apk reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the Balance of a dormant Account after notifying the Member at the registered email address. Members may reactivate a dormant Account by contacting support.
• Account Closure: Members may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting support. All pending wagers will be settled at their natural conclusion before closure is finalised. Any remaining withdrawable Balance will be processed to the Member's verified payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe.

v07apk supports a comprehensive suite of Indonesian payment channels to ensure that Members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Yogyakarta, Bali, and all other major Indonesian cities can fund and withdraw from their Accounts conveniently. All transactions are processed exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Supported Payment Methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. v07apk does not currently support Visa or Mastercard card-based deposits. The available payment methods displayed at the time of transaction are the authoritative list; this document is updated periodically but the platform interface reflects real-time availability.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits are typically credited to the Member's Account within 5 to 15 minutes of a confirmed bank transfer or e-wallet payment. During peak periods — particularly around BRI Liga 1 fixtures and Champions League match days — processing may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited after 30 minutes, the Member should contact support with the transfer receipt.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and must be claimed from support within 30 days with proof of transfer.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests submitted before 22:00 WIB are processed the same business day. Requests submitted after 22:00 WIB will be processed on the next business day. Average processing time is 30 minutes to 2 hours, subject to the receiving bank's internal settlement schedule.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal to Registered Method Only: Withdrawals may only be made to the bank account or e-wallet registered and verified under the Member's Account in their own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. v07apk will reject any withdrawal request where the receiving account name does not match the KYC-verified name on the Member's Account.
• Source of Funds: v07apk reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for large deposits. This is an anti-money-laundering measure and is not optional. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account restriction.
• Transaction Fees: v07apk does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, individual banks and e-wallet providers may apply their own transfer fees, which are the Member's responsibility.

v07apk is not responsible for delays attributable to the Indonesian banking system, scheduled maintenance windows by BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or e-wallet providers, or Force Majeure events affecting payment infrastructure.

v07apk offers a range of promotions to both new and existing Members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). All promotions are subject to the general bonus terms below, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• One Bonus Per Member: Each promotion may be claimed once per Member, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or shared payment instruments constitute abuse and will result in Account termination.
• Turnover Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a Turnover Requirement that must be satisfied before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. The applicable Turnover Requirement for each promotion is stated explicitly in the promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default Turnover Requirement is 5× (five times) the bonus amount on sportsbook markets with minimum odds of -200 (1.50 decimal), or 20× on casino games.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on the Platform contribute equally — or at all — to Turnover Requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is published in the platform's bonus terms section. Generally, sportsbook wagers contribute 100%, slots contribute 100%, live casino table games contribute 10–20%, and togel and fish shooting games may contribute at a reduced rate specified per promotion.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and any associated Turnover Requirements expire within the time limit stated in the applicable promotion. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account and cannot be reinstated.
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If a Member requests a withdrawal while Bonus Funds are active and the Turnover Requirement has not been completed, v07apk reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus amount and any winnings attributable to wagering on Bonus Funds from the withdrawal amount.
• Abuse & Fraud: v07apk employs automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging across multiple outcomes, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, and coordinated abuse across multiple accounts. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account suspension.
• Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions: v07apk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted into a promotion and met the eligibility conditions at the time of opt-in will not be retroactively disadvantaged by post-opt-in changes to that specific promotion's terms.

All games and betting markets available on v07apk are governed by the rules published within each game interface or market description on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the product-specific rules prevail for that specific product. The following general rules apply across all v07apk betting products:

• Final Settlement Authority: All bet settlement decisions made by v07apk's trading and games team are final. Settlement is based on official results as published by the relevant sporting body, game studio RNG output, or togel draw result from the authorised source. Errors in settlement will be corrected within 72 hours of identification.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, walkover, abandonment before the required completion threshold, data feed error, or clear pricing error. Voided bets are returned to the Member's Balance at stake value.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets containing a voided selection will have that selection treated as a winner at odds of 1.00, and the parlay will be re-calculated accordingly. If two or more selections are voided, v07apk's trading team may declare the entire parlay void at its discretion.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time without prior notice. Bets placed during a suspension period will be void. v07apk accepts no liability for delays in the live data feed that result in in-play bets being placed at odds that do not reflect actual match state at the time of placement.
• Maximum Payout: Individual bet payouts are subject to the maximum payout limits displayed in the relevant sportsbook market or game interface. v07apk reserves the right to limit or restrict a Member's wagering activity if it is determined that the activity constitutes professional or systematic advantage-play incompatible with the recreational nature of the Platform.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a game or platform technical malfunction that interrupts a wager in progress, the bet will be settled using the last confirmed game state. If the last confirmed state cannot be determined, the bet will be declared void and the stake returned. v07apk is not liable for any consequential losses arising from platform interruptions caused by third-party game studio outages.

v07apk is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and enjoyable betting environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be treated as a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties. v07apk enforces the following responsible gaming policies and makes the following tools available to all Members:

• 21+ Age Policy: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. v07apk employs age verification at registration and during KYC checks. Any Member found to be under 21 will have their Account immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and deposited funds returned to the original payment method.
• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account Settings panel. Once a limit is set and confirmed, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session Time-Outs: Members may enable session time-out reminders that notify them when a continuous play session exceeds a duration of their choosing. Members may also set a hard session cut-off that logs them out automatically after the specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who feel that their gambling behaviour is becoming a problem may apply for self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is locked, login is disabled, and marketing communications are suspended. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion window.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up reality check notifications can be enabled to remind Members of the time elapsed and the net balance change during a session, allowing informed decisions about continuing play.

All content on the v07apk Platform — including but not limited to the v07apk brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, written content, odds data, promotional materials, and game assets supplied by third-party studios — is the intellectual property of v07apk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, frame, or create derivative works from any part of the v07apk Platform without prior written consent from v07apk.
• Automated access to the Platform — including bots, scrapers, odds-harvesting tools, or any software that simulates or replaces human interaction — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account termination and potential legal action.
• Game assets, including graphics, audio, and game mechanics, remain the property of the respective game studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) and are licensed to v07apk for distribution. Members acquire no ownership rights to any game content by virtue of playing.

v07apk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with this document. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC — including name, date of birth, identification documents, and financial details — is used solely for account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• v07apk does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), game studios for technical purposes, and fraud detection partners, each of whom is contractually bound to equivalent data protection standards.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Deletion requests may be declined where retention is required for legal, regulatory, or financial record-keeping obligations.
• All data in transit is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Stored data is protected by industry-standard encryption at rest and access-control measures restricting internal access to authorised personnel only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v07apk's aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising from or related to use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• v07apk is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform, including lost profits, lost data, or loss of opportunity.
• v07apk is not liable for losses arising from Force Majeure events, including disruptions to the Indonesian banking or telecommunications infrastructure, or actions taken by government authorities.
• v07apk is not liable for the content, conduct, or technical performance of third-party game studios whose products are accessible through the Platform. Any disputes regarding game outcomes provided by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, or other studios should be escalated to the relevant studio's dispute resolution process, with v07apk acting as a facilitating intermediary where possible.
• v07apk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or malicious code originating from third-party sources. Members are encouraged to maintain up-to-date device security software.

v07apk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including age misrepresentation, multiple account registration, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting tools.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime connected to the Account.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the period specified in the KYC request.
• Threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at v07apk support staff or other Members.
• Access to the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• Any activity that v07apk reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity, security, or reputation of the Platform.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, v07apk will communicate the reason and expected timeline via the registered email address where legally permissible. Where an Account is terminated due to confirmed breach, any Balance held at termination will be handled in accordance with v07apk's fraud and compliance procedures, which may include forfeiture in cases of confirmed fraudulent activity.

v07apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published at https://v07apk.net/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date visible at the top of the page and in the sidebar of this document.

Material amendments — defined as changes that materially affect Member rights, deposit/withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — will be communicated to active Members via the registered email address at least 7 days prior to taking effect. Non-material amendments (corrections, clarifications, formatting changes) take effect immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not agree with an amendment, they must cease using the Platform and request Account closure before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v07apk holds its international gaming licence. Members accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to their personal circumstances.

v07apk operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is subject to the compliance obligations of its licensing jurisdiction. The Platform is designed to serve the Indonesian market in a manner consistent with international standards for player protection, financial integrity, and fair gaming.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation with v07apk's support and compliance team may be escalated to the dispute resolution process of v07apk's international licensing authority. Details of that process are available upon request by contacting [email protected].
